It is Sunny and Beautiful here at Mexico Beach

Wow...who opened the flood gates and told everyone that it was time to buy beach real estate again?  Every realtor I talk to is saying how besy they are since the first of the year.  Could be that everyone is tired of the cold,snow and just want a little sunshine and beach.  Last week the beaches had folks all up and down them....not many in the water but I did take the YOLO board out (paddleboard) with a friend and try to not fall in!  Showed property in the morning when the water is very calm and was rushing to get to the beach... but missed it by a half an hour and we had small waves...not a good situation when you are trying to learn how to stand up and not fall in!  Lots of fun!  Starting to put the touches on America's Plein Air Paint that is happeining along our Forgotten Coast May 13-22,2011...take a look at the website...It is a wonderful event.....If you love soccer like I love soccer you can always help me put together this new tournament in October ..First ever...more details to follow...back to real estate...I put a house on the market yesterday and got a full price offer last night....If you are really interested in buying let's talk...now is the time ,so call me
