What do I really want to be doing today...work or go out on the YOLO board

Yeks…property is moving. I showed three properties to a buyer yesterday. Property #1- I wrote up the offer and got it to the other agent this morning ….and there is already an offer on it. Property #3 went contingent late yesterday…I sure hope we can get our hands on the second property. This just goes to show you that when the market gets HOT the good properties move quickly. Don’t wait and look at the numbers on the CMA…Banks and sellers will not usually take a offer that is lower then the appraisal on the property. Think about it before you make a really low ball offer, especially if the agent is giving you a CMA that shows it will appraise a lot higher…..

It is sooo beautiful out today I wish the water was a little warmer and I would be out in the gulf learning how to work my Christmas present a YOLO Board (stand- up paddle board)….email me if you need info. Nat
