Realtors showing more property in Mexico Beach ,FL

Real Estate showing activity is high through out the Forgotten Coast of Florida.  Several of my properties are being shown 3 and 4 times a day.  One listing in Mexico Beach area received 9 offers on it within a 48 hour period.  I truly believe this area is coming out of the recession!  Last year started out strong like this but then hit a wall in March with the oil scare.  This year feels like there is even more activity.  Sales YTD are running in line with same time last year so far....one word of advice ..if you think you want beach property in this area ....don't wait!
